The address you provide must be a postal address. The new information you provide will replace the previous information on file with the SARL. If you are a member of the SARL, all future correspondence will be sent to your new address, including "Radio ZS", membership renewal notices, and QSL cards received via the QSL bureau.

You MUST provide the following items of information: Licence Number; Telephone Number; Identity Number.
